EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT All copyrights to Audio CD Converter are exclusively owned by the author of this software. Anyone may use this software for evaluation purpose. Evaluation version only allows you to use as testing, if you wish to remove the limitation, you MUST register. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Audio CD Converter on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered Audio CD Converter software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person received it and agreed to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. The Audio CD Converter unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed provided the whole or any part of the distribution package is not modified or damaged. No person or company can charge a fee for the distribution of Audio CD Converter without the permission from the copyright holder.
